Banish Dry Winter Skin

The dry and cold weather in the winter months can strip your skin of moisture and leave you faced with a range of “winter skin” problems. Good thing that there are a few simple solutions that can spare you from that dry, itchy, angry skin!

Below we have taken the guessing game out of your winter skincare routine with a few expert approved tips that will leave your skin radiant and moisturized all year long.

 1) Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate!

We shed over 10 billion skin cells a day (about 23 kg over a lifetime) and exfoliation plays a key role in clearing the dead skin buildup. When our skin dries out over the winter months, it can actually become less efficient at exfoliation, leaving our skin with a dry, dull appearance. One of the best ways to exfoliate away winter dryness is with a monthly medical peel.  2) SPF it up!

 3) Keep your skin hydrated!

There are a few easy steps to make sure your skin stays moisturized over the winter months.
